Returns & Exchanges Policy

At PrintSyde, we make every item just for you. This means returns and exchanges are only available when something goes wrong with your order - not for changes of mind. Here's everything you need to know.

Quick Summary: You have 30 days from delivery to report problems. We fix issues with defective products, wrong items, or shipping damage at no cost to you.

1. When You Can Return or Exchange

✅ We Accept Returns/Exchanges For:

  • Wrong item sent - We shipped the wrong product
  • Wrong size delivered - Different size than you ordered (not selected wrong)
  • Manufacturing defects - Poor quality, damaged fabric, or construction issues
  • Print problems - Blurred, misaligned, or peeling designs
  • Shipping damage - Item damaged during delivery
  • Lost packages - Your order never arrived

❌ We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind - You decided you don't want the item
  • Wrong size ordered - You selected the wrong size at checkout
  • Doesn't fit as expected - Correct size delivered but fit isn't what you hoped
  • Wrong address - You provided an incorrect shipping address
  • Normal wear - Fading or wear after multiple uses
  • Too late - More than 30 days since delivery

2. Important Time Limit

You have 30 days from delivery confirmation to contact us about problems.

  • Day 1: When tracking shows "delivered"
  • Day 30: Last day to contact us
  • After Day 30: We cannot help with returns or exchanges

Tip: Check your order as soon as it arrives to catch any issues early.

3. How to Request Return or Exchange

Step 1: Email Us

Send an email to support@printsyde.com with:

  • Subject: "Return/Exchange Request - [Your Order Number]"
  • Order number from your confirmation email
  • What's wrong with the item
  • Photos showing the problem (very helpful!)

Step 2: We Review Your Request

  • Response time: Within 24 hours on business days
  • Additional info: We might ask for more photos or details
  • Quick decision: Most cases approved within 2-3 business days

Step 3: Get Your Solution

We'll offer you:

  • Replacement - New item sent to you
  • Refund - Money back to your original payment method
  • Discount for next order - Credit applied to your future purchases

4. What Happens Next

If We Approve Your Request:

For Replacements:

  • New item made - Takes our normal production time (1-4 business days)
  • Quality checked - Extra attention to avoid repeat issues
  • Free shipping - No additional cost to you

For Refunds:

  • Money back - Processed within 5-10 business days
  • Same payment method - Back to your PayPal account/Credit Cards
  • Full amount - Product price plus original shipping (if we caused the problem)

Do You Need to Send Items Back?

Usually NO - Most problems are resolved without shipping items back to us.

If return shipping is needed:

  • We'll email you specific instructions
  • We'll provide the exact address to use
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • Never send items without our authorization first

✅ If Return Shipping is Required:

  • Wait for our email with specific return instructions
  • Use only the address we provide in that email
  • Send with tracking so you can follow the package
  • Keep your receipt until everything is resolved

Warning: Items sent to wrong addresses will be lost and cannot be refunded.

Shipping Coverage Note:

Our return services apply to customers within the continental United States only. We do not currently service Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories.

  • Check spam folder - Our replies might end up there

7. Refund and Cost Details

What We Refund When We're At Fault:

  • Full product price - Complete refund of item cost
  • Original shipping costs - If we caused the problem (wrong item, defect, etc.)

What's NOT Refunded:

  • Return shipping costs - Customer responsibility if return shipping is required
  • Shipping costs for customer errors - Wrong size selected, wrong address provided

Processing Times:

  • Refund processing: 2-5 business days after approval
  • Payment appearance:
  • PayPal: 3-7 business days total
  • Credit cards: 5-10 business days total
  • Replacement orders: 6-15 business days total delivery time
