At PrintSyde, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how to get a refund if something goes wrong with your order.
Quick Summary: We offer full refunds for defective products, shipping damage, or our mistakes. Most refunds are processed within 5-12 business days.
1. When You Can Get a Refund
✅ We Provide Full Refunds For:
- Wrong item delivered - You ordered a t-shirt but received a mug
- Product defects - Poor print quality, damaged fabric, or manufacturing issues
- Shipping damage - Item arrived damaged due to carrier handling
- Lost packages - Your order was confirmed lost in transit
- Our mistakes - Wrong size, color, or design due to our error
❌ We Cannot Provide Refunds For:
- Change of mind - You decided you don't like the item
- Wrong size selected - You chose the wrong size at checkout
- Fit preferences - The correct size doesn't fit as you expected
- Wrong address - You provided an incorrect shipping address
- Late requests - Claims made more than 30 days after delivery
2. How to Request a Refund

- Order number (found in your confirmation email)

- Photos of the issue (if applicable)
Step 2: We Review Your Request
- We'll respond within 24 hours during business days
- May ask for additional photos or information
- Most cases are resolved quickly and fairly
Step 3: Get Your Refund
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days total
- Money back to your original payment method (PayPal/Credit Cards)
- Email confirmation sent when refund is processed

Total time: Most customers receive their refund within 5-10 business days from first contact.
4. Refund Amounts
Full Refunds Include:
- Product price - What you paid for the item
- Shipping fees - If the problem was our fault
- Taxes - Any taxes you were charged
Current Shipping Costs (for reference):
- First item: $5.95
- Each additional item: +$3.95
- Free shipping: Orders $150 and up
Partial Refunds May Apply When:
- Mixed orders - Only defective items are refunded
- PayPal fees - Cannot be refunded due to PayPal's policy
You Keep Your Money When:
- Free shipping orders - Nothing to refund for shipping
- Promotional discounts - Refund reflects the discounted price you paid
5. Special Situations
Order Cancellation
Before production starts (usually within 24 hours):
- ✅ Full refund including shipping
- ✅ Quick processing (2-5 business days)
After production starts:
- ❌ Cannot cancel - item will be completed and shipped
- ✅ May consider exceptions on case-by-case basis
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost:
- We handle all carrier investigations
- Full refund or replacement (your choice)
- No hassle for you
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the package and item
- Contact us immediately
- We'll arrange replacement or refund
Payment Issues
Declined payments:
- Order automatically cancelled
- No refund needed
PayPal disputes:
- Please contact us first before opening a dispute
- We respond to all PayPal cases within 3 business days
- Direct communication usually resolves issues faster

About Returns
- Usually no return shipping required - Most issues resolved without sending items back
- If return needed - We'll provide specific instructions and address
- Never send items to our business addresses without authorization

- Continental US only - We currently serve customers within the continental United States
- Hawaii, Alaska, US territories - Not currently serviced
- Delivery timeframe - 6-15 business days total for replacements

- All refunds in USD - Same currency as your purchase
